The Starks

Something I love so much about weddings is how intimate it is to take a glimpse into each couple’s life. To meet their family and friends and see them in their element on their big day. Esther and Marshall truly brought the vibes and had so much fun, and the result is definitely there to see in their photos.

The ceremony was at All Souls Church in Merivale, the lighting inside was so stunning with the sun pouring in. After the congratulations and group shots we headed to Hagley Park with the bridal party. I love to use this time as a chance for the couple to have a debrief and to relax and be present with each other after the generally hectic morning! Autumn weddings really lend themselves to incredible lighting and the woodland spot we picked didn’t disappoint, with soft light giving glowy goodness and creating an ethereal scene.

The reception was held at North Brighton Community Centre, and is right on the waterfront. In a stroke of serendipity we realised that the wedding aligned perfectly with the full moon, and we were treated to the most incredible moon rise over the ocean as the sun set in the opposite direction.
