The Atkins

Ben and Sarah contacted me about a photoshoot back in early winter. We’d made a plan for our shoot but twice had to reschedule because of the weather. I suggested pushing it out to spring and we absolutely lucked out with an amazing balmy afternoon. We met at Taylor’s Mistake, near Christchurch. I loved that this was a special location to Ben and Sarah, but that it wasn’t just about the beach, and they had their own special spots to explore together. We wandered into the valley where we found the most beautiful fresh greens and soft afternoon light, before exploring the dunes and finally making our way onto the beach. It was a lovely relaxed afternoon together and I think the photos tell exactly that story.
